Makayla update

How could I forget. We went back to the Burn Center last Tuesday and they removed the bandages. Her hand was looking pretty good. They gave us ointment to put on them and said to only use band-aids so she could move her fingers freely. Well we had been bandaging all but her pinkie, then Friday it was all but her thumb. Last night it was only as she calls them her pointer finger and tall man finger. Tall man looks the worse of them all. But it is so amazing to see how much better they look just from Tuesday. She's straightening them out and bending them also.
She told me Tuesday night, I feel like such a dummy. I told her if she had noticed most people at the burn center Tuesday were adults, and they were all old enough to know better. So by no way should she feel dumb. Thank you to all of y'all that have prayed for her.
Also in case y'all haven't read my oldest daughter's blog about Emily my granddaughter. http://meganbhulsey.wordpress.com/ She has a cyst on her neck and will have to have surgery when she turns a year old. So please pray that when they go to the specialist next Tuesday surgery won't be needed.
